Like our body, exercise is required for the brain also. Many people will go to gym and do many exercises for the body but  never do anything for brain.

Simple activity for the brain is a must, especially for people above 50 years to keep the barin fit , in terms of memory and other things. The most famous and simplest game for this purpose is SUDOKU. 
Many of you may be knowing this and even playing this but for those who are new to this, I will show the rules in simple way. 
You can select easy, hard and so on, but initially it better to click "Easy" button to select it.
  1. We have to fill all the empty spaces with numbers 1 to 9 only .
  2. The numbers should not repeate in each of the 9 small squares and also on any row or column.
Example 
Suppose, we fill "3" as shown above, then it will indicate that it is already there in the square block, as below.


Now we will try "7" in the same place , instead of 3.
Then it will indicate that the number is already there  in that  column , as shown below.

So, instead of simply starting from any place, we have to analyse the game. The column shown below by blue colour is having ony 2 numbers to be filled . By inspection, we can see that only 3, and 9 are to be filled.
In the  place shown, 3 is only possible because 9 is already there in that row.( see below)

After filling 3 and 9 , we get it as below.
Now the indicated row is having 2 place and the remaining numbers in that row are  2 and 6.
As above, we can fill 6 in the place as shown because 2 is already there in that column.
After filling 6 and 2 we get it as below.
Now we can see the small square as below.
In this square, remaining numbers are 2 and 4. 
Like this we have to fill all the places. It will indicate errors and we can change numbers.
